The Peoples Academy Wolves win the 2009 Vermont Division 3 Softball Championship with 3-0 win over BFA-Fairfax on June 12th, 2009 at Archie Post Field in Burlington. Jillian Stein earned the win giving up 3 hits and tallying 5 strikeouts. Stein also went 2-for-4 and drove in 2 runs. Kaleigh Newton drove in another run with a sacrifice.
